2- Cách dùng:
Diệt khuẩn, chống nấm, loại bỏ căng thẳng làm ấm
– Xông phòng: Vì Tinh dầu Quế nặng hơn nước – chúng ta sử dụng máy khuếch tán tinh dầu hoặc nếu dùng đèn xông thì sẽ xông khô (tức là chỉ nhỏ vài giọt Tinh dầu Quế vào khoang chứa nước rồi mở đèn xông chứ không thêm nước vào, bởi nếu thêm nước thì Tinh dầu Quế nặng sẽ chìm xuống dưới, Nước nổi lên trên vô tình trở thành nắp đạy không cho Tinh dầu tỏa hương, lúc này phải chờ hơi nước bốc đi hết rồi thì chúng ta mới thấy mùi thơm). Cách khác, có thể cho 1 đến 2 giọt tinh dầu vào bông gòn hoặc giấy và đặt cạnh gối/nơi làm việc giúp sát khuẩn, tạo không gian ấm áp, thư giãn
– Xông cơ thể khi nhiễm lạnh, hoăc cảm cúm: Có thể thực hiện phương pháp xông toàn bộ cơ thể với tinh dầu quế nếu cơ địa không nhạy cảm và chú ý vào nồng độ sử dụng. Thích hợp trong các nhà tắm khô. Phương pháp này vừa giúp ích cho da mặt vừa mang lại lợi ích cho hệ hô hấp, tăng tuần hoàn giúp cải thiện sức khỏe khi có dấu hiệu cảm lạnh, đau họng,…
Chăm sóc da: (dùng kết hợp dầu dẫn/ dầu nền, tránh tinh dầu tiếp xúc trực tiếp với da gây bỏng rát và kiểm tra trên 1 vùng da nhỏ trước khi thực hiện)
– Mát-xa giảm độc tố, làm khỏe hệ miễn dịch, thư giãn: Pha loãng tinh dầu quế ở nồng độ tối đa 2% (do tinh dầu quế là loại tinh dầu thuộc nhóm kích thích da) với các loại dầu nền như dầu olive, dầu dừa, dầu hạnh nhân… mát-xa toàn bộ cơ thể hoặc tại các vùng quan trọng như lòng bàn tay, bàn chân, vai gáy, hoặc tại đùi, cánh tay nếu muốn loại bỏ chứng sần vỏ cam… giúp tăng tuần hoàn, do đó hỗ trợ quá trình đào thải độc tố qua hệ bạch huyết (tránh các bộ phận nhạy cảm)
– Chăm sóc da mặt: cho 1 giọt tinh dầu quế với 20~30ml dầu dẫn nhẹ như dầu hạt nho hay dầu mù u chăm sóc da mặt, kháng viêm, kháng khuẩn.
– Ngâm tắm: Cho 2 giọt tinh dầu vào dầu nền/sữa, khuấy đều sau đó cho hỗn hợp vào bồn tắm, ngâm cơ thể thư giãn, nhất là trong mùa đông.
Bảo quản: Đựng trong lọ kín, bảo quản nơi khô ráo, tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp.
Hạn dùng: 24 tháng kể từ ngày sản xuất.
Thận trọng:
Đọc kỹ hướng dẫn sử dụng trước khi dùng.
Không tiếp tục sử dụng nếu phát hiện có mùi, màu sắc lạ.
Không dùng cho những người có kích ứng với bất kỳ thành phần nào của sản phẩm.
